Black Olives

  • Black olives become black by oxidation using early flavouring method which is accepted worldwide. These olives are low-salted.
  • Tins - 10 kg, 5 kg, 3,5 kg, 1,8 kg, 800 gr, 400 gr

Green Olives

  • Olives are collected from the trees when they are green. They are flavoured with natural fermantation after processed with alkaline for debittering.
  • Tins - 12 kg, 800 gr, 400 gr

Natural Black Olives

  • Olives are collected from the trees when they are black. Olives are flavoured and maturized by natural fermantation with adding only water and salt.
  • Tins - 10 kg, 5 kg, 3,5 kg, 1,8 kg, 800 gr, 400 gr
  • Tins (Low Sal) - 6 kg, 800 gr, 400 gr
  • Plastic jars - 3 kg, 2 kg, 900 gr, 450 gr
